    GS Donghae Electric Power is a joint venture with GS E&R and Dongseo Power Co., Ltd.. Under the 5th national principal power supply plan, it is the Korea first base-load private power plant of 1,190 MW. Its newest de-sulfur system significantly reduces air emissions and at the same time its total cost compensation system generates stable revenue.
